Consultation
I value the energetic exchange that we will be making which includes your time, vulnerability and money. I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation or a paid 55-minute consultation session. During a consultation, we will have a chance to see if we will be a good fit in working together. What does that mean? For you it means noticing how you feel with me as I hold space for you and if my approach is a healing path that resonates with you. For me it means that I will be honest if I feel you may benefit from another healing approach. I will ask you about why you would like to start therapy and what you would like to feel different in your experience after therapy. I will also ask questions to get context about what your internal experience is like. We will talk about my therapy approach that I have found to be very healing and what a session with me will look like. And of course, you can ask any questions you have of the process, of me, etc.

Insurance
I am not in-network with any insurance companies.
Out of Network
This benefit allows you to see any therapist, pay the therapist directly and then be partially reimbursed by your insurance provider. If you are interested in this option you will want to call your insurance company to confirm if you have this benefit. If so, and you would like to use your out-of-network benefit, I will provide you the needed receipt after each session to file for reimbursement with your insurance company.
Payment
Cash, check and major credit cards accepted. I also accept HSA/FSA cards.

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot make your appointment please contact me 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Missed appointments or failure to provide a 24 hour cancellation notice for appointments will be charged at the rate of the session.
